OUR TRAINING IS DESIGNED AND IMPLEMENTED TO ACHIEVE:

 

1. PRECISION IN MOVEMENT 

Each training session is conducted with a careful eye on core movement patterns and execution of specific exercises.

 

Athletes that move well are resilient and more efficient. We find and correct weaknesses while the athlete maximizes their strengths. Our small group training environment allows our staff to get to know the nuance of each athlete and give them what they need to advance safely.

2. STRENGTH AND POWER

Strong athletes that move well are hard to beat, which is why strength is the next component on our list. 

Greater muscular strength is strongly associated with improved force-time characteristics that contribute to an athlete's overall performance. Research strongly supports the notion that greater muscular strength can enhance the ability to perform general sport skills such as jumping, sprinting, and change of direction tasks. Increases in strength allow an individual to potentiate earlier and to a greater extent, but also decreases the risk of injury. 

3. MENTAL FORTITUDE

Physically strong athletes tend to also be mentally strong athletes. We get better at doing things that are difficult, dealing with failure, and overcoming adversity with practice. There is no better place on earth for these kids to learn these important skills more acutely than the weight room. 

Our athletes learn that failure is a stepping stone, that weakness is temporary, and that our outcomes are a culmination of consistent work and focus.
