Personal Training Session with Kaylee

Service Description

Individualized personal training session with one of Bakke Athletics' trainers and professional bikini athletes - Kaylee Fischer. One-hour focused on strength training: client may specify what they would like to work on, or Kaylee will put together a great workout to fill the best hour of your week. By booking a session online, the client agrees to the liability waiver below. LIABILITY WAIVER: __________________________________________________________________________________________________ The client understands that he/she has enrolled in a personal training session of strenuous physical activity including. Client hereby affirms that client is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit client’s participation in the personal training program. In consideration of client’s participation in the program, client, for himself/herself, client’s employees, heirs, assigns and agents hereby releases Bakke Athletics, LLC, its employees, heirs, assigns, agents, officers, directors and members, from any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising from client’s participation in the personal training program or from any use of the conditioning and exercise equipment and facilities. Client fully understands that he/she may suffer injury as a result of client’s participation in the program and client hereby releases Bakke Athletics, LLC, its employees, heirs, assigns, agents, officers, directors and members, from any and all liability under any legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, now or in the future, including but not limited to, medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering, that may occur by reason of client’s participation in the personal training program or use of the conditioning and exercise equipment and facilities.
